Technical Project Manager

Oversee and manage Jira Kanban/Agile boards, ensuring user stories are created,
assigned, and tracked through sprint cycles.

• Develop clear and actionable user stories and assign them to appropriate team members
  based on expertise and workload capacity to ensure efficient sprint execution.
• Daily scrum call, PI Planning, Retrospective, Ensure that progress is being made
• Ensuring alignment of team goals, prioritization of tasks, and refinement of user stories.
• Status updates, Accurate and timely reporting status & progress to stakeholders
• Implement and manage Change management Intake Process, Ensuring smooth transitions
  and minimal disruption.
• Managing project team of over 10 members
• Cross functional coordination
• Review and assess new work intake requests, determining priority levels based on business
  needs, available resources, and project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Determine level of prioritization of tasks based on target timelines
• Keeping track of Project details, and ensuring that the team is organized
• Identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and new tools to enhance
  team performance and ensure efficient project delivery.
